Three skipped mornings don't cancel the habit. They just need a soft restart.

Monday got loud.

Tuesday got hotter than the forecast.

By Wednesday you opened the door, felt the wet air, and told yourself you'd get back on it next week.

Next week is a story South Florida loves to tell. The humidity does not care about your story.

Soft restart = shoes, then out

You don't need a new plan. You need the one that already works down here.

Ten minutes.

Shoes by the door.

Out and back before the day gets stupid. If the morning is nasty, shorten it.

Don't cancel it.

A short walk in humidity still counts.

A walk you postponed until "real fall" does not.

That's the whole program this week. Not a packet. Not a guilt spiral.

Not waiting for October air that may not show up.

Why this walk is enough

School traffic is back. Afternoon storms are still throwing tantrums. Your body is still doing late summer even if the calendar says fall.

So treat Thursday like it matters: one honest loop in the weather you actually have.

If you want the simple version of why this walk is the whole program, it's here: https://www.southflorida.health/p/the-most-underrated-exercise-in-south-florida-or-anywhere

As always, this is general information, not medical advice.

If you have heart, joint, or balance concerns, check with your doctor before changing your routine.

Stay well, South Florida. 🌴
